According to Complex, Warner’s widow, Tenisha Warner, filed new court paperwork alleging that the California home she shared with the late actor and their daughter was supposed to go to her and their youngster. Instead, she claims Warner’s mom, Pamela Warner, offered the Studio City property and moved the proceeds into the trust being disputed in court.

Real property data reportedly show the Studio City home offered for $1.6 million in May.

Tenisha says the home was more than just another asset. It was the home where her daughter developed important reminiscences with her father before his surprising death at 54. She also claims Pamela provided her and her daughter a home in Georgia with a $700,000 mortgage, while financial assist for the household that had beforehand come through Warner’s property was finally stopped.

Meanwhile, Pamela factors to other provisions Warner allegedly made for his household — including a $2 million life insurance coverage coverage, a Georgia trust used to buy a home for Tenisha and MacKenzie, and a retirement account valued at roughly $2.4 million that was reportedly left to Tenisha.
