A real “how are you” is much more useful and in the end productive than “do you have the spreadsheet ready,” or whatever duties the office requires. No one ought to separate themselves from others due to a change in standing or place. The only time we’re called to draw back from somebody is if the connection is hindering our stroll with Jesus. If it isn’t, where are you going?
