The View’s Sara Haines held nothing back as she took purpose at nation star Kid Rock’s helicopter stunt over the weekend.

During the Tuesday, March 31 episode of The View, Sara and her fellow co-hosts slammed Kid Rock’s show and the taxpayer {dollars} wasted on the pointless stunt.

On Saturday, March 28, the All Summer Long hitmaker was hit with fierce backlash after he shared a video on Instagram showcasing two navy helicopters flying close to his Nashville home.In the video, the Picture hitmaker was seen standing in entrance of his out of doors swimming pool, clapping and pumping his fist as the 2 AH-64 Apache assault helicopters flew overhead.

Sharing her two cents on the scenario, the 48-year-old tv persona said, “I think it’s just that we have so much going on right now, where we’re in war right now with Iran, we have other international issues at hand that we haven’t dealt with. The military is based on rank and file, it’s also orders-based.”

She continued, “There is something so sacred about our military and how they follow command that a part of me just thought whoever said ‘Hey, my buddy who’s Commander-in-Chief will do a little fly-by over here, everyone below them is seeing the tone set for how you can handle the seriousness of our military operations and our military people.”

Sara concluded, “It just felt like if you’re doing to do something like that the fact that they Tweeted it, talked about it, did this, they lack so many things, but it’s very tone-deaf especially right now because we’ve lost our armed service members in the war and we don’t know what’s happening, people are hurting, like to do a fly-by? I mean, that’s very Top Gun of them. And even that guy got told no.”

On a lighter notice, her fellow co-hosts also poked enjoyable at Kid Rock as comic Whitney Cummings said, “I mean, look, the Apache helicopters are designed for war, and I can think of no one who is more at war with himself than a white rapper who is 55 years old and calls himself Kid. So I could see why they thought it was an emergency.”

Many followers at home agreed with Sara’s take, taking to X to share their own ideas on the stunt. One viewer wrote, “The Kid Rock flyby was so unacceptable when so many levels. On the other hand, Kid Rock is so desperate for publicity that he couldn’t help but post. He should have kept his big mouth shut and kept off social media.”

Another posted, “Kid Rock says, the commander in chief is my ‘buddy’ So, so you can use military war planes for your amusement!?! Dumb ASF! #TheView.”

While a third chimed in, “Kid Rock is 55??!!! Wooooooweeee that’s a rough, cigarette-smokin, Budweiser drinkin, still outside after the street lights come on, smellin 55!!! #TheView.”

And another person penned, “Can’t believe I ever liked Kid Rock… or Trump… #TheView.”

Since Kid Rock posted the video, the U.S. Army has launched an investigation aiming to decide whether or not or not the low-altitude flight path violated security rules and navy coverage.

Dismissing his fears over the investigation into the pilots, the All Summer Long hitmaker told WKRN, “I think they’re going to be alright — my buddy is the Commander-in-Chief. Kid Rock went on to joke, “What are they looking into? They stopped for I don’t know seconds – a minute – they were maybe here for three, four minutes, said what’s up and then moved on.”
