Triptii Dimri has joined D2C eye-focused magnificence model Peep Beauty as an investor and co-creator. The startup is trying to construct a magnificence class centred on colored contact lenses and eye make-up.
According to a assertion shared by the company, Dimri has been related with Peep Beauty from its early phases. As half of her function, she has contributed to the model’s artistic direction, product discussions and storytelling. Her involvement extends past her investment, with the actor also taking part in conversations around the model’s general imaginative and prescient and positioning.
Dimri’s investment comes as half of Peep Beauty’s pre-seed funding spherical of Rs. 12 crores ($1.2 million). The spherical was led by Sadev Ventures, with participation from iSeed, ISV and TDV.
The partnership is also constructed around the concept of creating a magnificence model that locations higher focus on the Indian eye. Peep Beauty goals to place colored contact lenses as half of the broader magnificence and self-expression space slightly than limiting them to a useful or medical class.
