Trump reaching breaking point with Karoline | Political News

With hypothesis mounting that both Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth would possibly also be heading for the door, scrutiny of Trump’s closest advisers has intensified.

Political scientist Christopher Lee told us that the tipping point for Karoline’s potential departure might have already occurred and that her exit might mirror that of former press secretary Sean Spicer, who left when he turned a source of ridicule.

Christopher, who has spent 25 years in communications supporting Democratic political campaigns, explained: “When Sean Spicer became the joke, almost from the jump, Trump felt they were laughing at him.

“For Leavitt, the break might already have come. It begins with the Jesus meme where she told Trump to say the picture was ‘doctored’ and Trump said he thought he appeared like ‘a doctor’.”

Mr. Lee highlighted additional instances where Karoline has been forced to defend Trump, including his Truth Social post threatening to annihilate Iran and his widely condemned attack of Barack Obama earlier this year.

Christopher also noted Trump’s pattern of “firing disposable employees” and subsequently claiming he was merely joking when perhaps he wasn’t.

He stated: “But look at Trump’s quote on 31 March, it is telling and is a component of his MO in firing disposable employees. It was where he said Leavitt was doing a ‘horrible job’ and claims he was joking when he additional requested whether or not they need to ‘keep her’ during a press avail at the White House. Again, while he claims he was joking, he is made the same joke in the past.”

What keeps Karoline in her position, Christopher argues, is her confrontational approach with the press.

He elaborated: “However, there may be always a breaking point for Trump. People will argue whether or not that’s because Trump will get bored or until the media pushes back more durable making Leavitt, and by extension Trump, look weak, unintelligent and out of her depth. Again, that’s occurred already. And that why my trustworthy opinion is that Leavitt exists on borrowed time.”

Yet, Christopher isn’t alone in predicting potential departures from Trump’s inner circle. Former U.S. diplomat and University of Michigan-Dearborn lecturer Michael J Montgomery has speculated that both Pete Hegseth and Tulsi Gabbard might also face removal.

Speaking after Trump’s threat to annihilate Iran but prior to the ceasefire that temporarily halted hostilities, Michael told the Mirror US that Tulsi Gabbard could be the first to go of her or Pete Hegseth, ” because Trump is far more susceptible to firing ladies than males”.

He continued: “Hegseth is probably going to comply with shortly thereafter – particularly if the profession army people do not implement each and every Trump order no matter how unlawful or deranged.”
