President Donald Trump additional escalated his monthslong campaign against former President Joe Biden on Tuesday, asserting on social media that all of his “Documents, Proclamations, Executive Orders, Memorandums, or Contracts” signed with an autopen are “null, void, and of no further force or effect.”

Trump has claimed without evidence that Biden didn’t log off on “approximately 92%” of orders himself, but quite “the radical left lunatics circling Biden… took the Presidency away from him,” allegedly utilizing his signature to cross their own laws. A report revealed by House Republicans in October didn’t embrace any concrete evidence of the declare.

“Any and all Documents, Proclamations, Executive Orders, Memorandums, or Contracts, signed by Order of the now infamous and unauthorized ‘AUTOPEN,’ within the Administration of Joseph R. Biden Jr., are hereby null, void, and of no further force or effect,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social media account on Tuesday. “Anyone receiving ‘Pardons,’ ‘Commutations,’ or any other Legal Document so signed, please be advised that said Document has been fully and completely terminated, and is of no Legal effect.”

Trump has relentlessly alleged that Biden’s mental schools during the latter levels of his presidency allowed his aides to make selections on his behalf, including accusations that his workforce cast his signature utilizing the autopen. The software has been used by other presidents for a long time since the Justice Department in 2005 ruled it legal for an official to “affix the president’s signature” to payments, including by autopen.

Trump has admitted that he has used the autopen himself, but only for “very unimportant papers.”

“The cost of the scheme to hide the fallout of President Biden’s diminished physical and mental acuity was great but will likely never be fully calculated,” the October report read. “The cover-up put American national security at risk and the nation’s trust in its leaders in jeopardy.”

It was not immediately clear how the president would go about nullifying Biden’s pardons and orders, as utilizing the autopen is a legal follow, and the Trump administration has not provided evidence that any of Biden’s signatures had been made without his data.

Republicans who authored the report on Biden’s autopen usage argued that any of his signatures needs to be thought-about invalid unless there may be documented proof of his being briefed on the invoice and giving it his own approval.

“Barring evidence of executive actions taken during the Biden presidency showing that [he] indeed took a particular executive action, the committee deems those actions taken through use of the autopen as void,” the report said.

The accusations against the previous president come as the latest in a near-daily onslaught by Trump and members of his administration since before the 2020 presidential election, which Trump and others falsely claimed had been rigged in Biden’s favor.

Despite attaining victory over Kamala Harris, the Biden-endorsed Democratic candidate in 2024, Trump has continued to lob assaults and accusations at Biden at every alternative.
