U.S President Donald Trump said he might send a second plane carrier strike group to the Middle East if negotiations with Iran fail at the second spherical of talks next week.

The U.S and Iran met for negotiations on Friday in Oman, after Iran requested to transfer the negotiation assembly place from Turkey. “We have an armada that is heading there and another one might be going,” Trump told Axios, which solely spoke to the president and first reported the story. An nameless U.S official also told the outlet there was talks about sending a second second plane carrier strike group.

Trump also said Friday’s talks had been “very different” because Iran “wants to make a deal very badly” because of ongoing army threats.

The Israeli prime minister will visit Washington on Wednesday.
