As we reported earlier Saturday, a terrifying scenario unfolded on the campus of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, when an energetic shooter went on an obvious rampage and shot a number of college students. The latest tragic depend stands at two useless, 9 injured.
The suspect is still on the free, and there may be scant data on who it’s and what their motivation is perhaps. However, authorities have now launched video footage of the subject apparently departing from the crime scene:

Providence Mayor Brett Smiley said that seven of the wounded are in important condition at Rhode Island Hospital, and that all 11 victims have been recognized as college students. The taking pictures occurred inside a classroom, he also revealed.

Student Sophia Holman described the havoc as it unfolded, but praised the first responders:
There’s a lot of chaos and a lot of concern proper now, but I believe there’s also a lot of trust, trust that they [police] have been there as shortly as they have been, and that, you already know, the medical employees are doing every part that they will for everybody that was injured.
Classrooms have been cleared, and there are over 400 law enforcement brokers in the realm. However, college students have been told to keep in lockdown for the night time.
Hopefully, we’ll know more about this tragic incident in the early morning hours on Sunday, and we’ll have the ability to report that the suspect has been captured and is behind bars.
