American Pickers Mike Wolfe makes big career move | TV Shows
Mike Wolfe has opened up a new business venture just a few towns over from his old antique shop.
The American Pickers star recently made a “tough decision” to shut down his Nashville store Antiques Archaeology. After taking a break to process the emotional goodbye, he is back in business just in time for the season 27 premiere and the opening of his rental property.
Mike took to Instagram on Monday to announce his Two Lanes Guesthouse is now accepting guests.
Alongside photos of the rental property, he said: “The Two Lanes Guesthouse is officially OPEN in LeClaire, Iowa! Just steps from the mighty Mississippi River and the flagship @antiquearchaeology store.
“This cozy house is nestled in the heart of my hometown,” he added. “It’s filled with pieces I picked all across the country—places with soul, history, and good people.”
Guests can also relax at the deck, which looks over the Mississippi River, or by the stone firepit.
The interior takes on a rustic look with aztec printed bedding, which sits under an array of deer horn wall decor. Within the living space sits vintage photos and a record player next to a mustard yellow lounge chair.
While the property is open, Mike is only allowing certain groups to stay for the time being. Guests with three or more pre-existing Airbnb trips are able to book currently.
Along with this property, Mike also owns another Two Lanes Guesthouse in Columbus, Tennessee, with rooms starting out at $275 a night. He opened the original vacation rental in September of 2019.
