Gregg Wallace sues BBC over MasterChef sacking after | UK News
Former MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace is reportedly launching legal motion against the BBC over a data safety declare, according to court paperwork. The case has been filed at the High Court, but no additional particulars have yet been made public. Wallace, 60, had fronted MasterChef for the past 20 years but stepped back from the BBC programme last 12 months amid claims of misconduct. The show’s manufacturing company Banijay ordered an fast inquiry into the allegations, which was performed by an impartial law firm. A separate declare was made against his co-star John Torode who was dropped from the show in July.
