Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old Utah man accused of assassinating conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, will not show his face during a deliberate court look later this week.

Back in September, Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray said his workplace would search the death penalty for Robinson.

“I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made independently as county attorney based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime,” Gray said at a press convention.
