US State Department names four Antifa groups as

Officials within the U.S. State Department have named an extra four Antifa groups as Foreign Terror Organizations that have allegedly waged campaigns of terror on the U.S. and Europe.

“Anarchist militants have waged terror campaigns in the United States and Europe, conspiring to undermine the foundations of Western Civilization through their brutal attacks,” the division said in a post on Thursday afternoon. “The State Department will designate these four Antifa groups as Foreign Terror Organizations.”

The first group talked about is called Antifa Ost, which is based out of Germany and is “infamous for wielding hammers in premeditated attacks against unsuspecting victims.” According to the State Department, “This Antifa group was named a terrorist group by Hungary after it attacked 9 victims in Budapest.”

A second group is called the International Revolutionary Front, which, according to the post on X, is situated in Italy. Members of the State Department designated the group a “coalition of violent anarchists.”

Officials claimed that the group is accountable for “the shooting of an engineering executive in Genoa and sent a series of bombs to politicians, embassies, and civilian targets, injuring several people.” The third group is Greece-based Armed Proletarian Justice.

According to the post, the Greek group is an “anarchist group that pledges to wage armed conflict against police officers and state infrastructure.” It was also claimed by the Marco Rubio-led division that “The terror group used dynamite to build a homemade bomb – then planted it near the Greek riot police headquarters in a failed attack.”

It was reported that the fourth and last group was declared as the Revolutionary Class Self Defense, which is also based in Greece. According to the administration, the group “claimed responsibility for improvised explosive device attacks targeting the Greek Ministry of Labor and the offices of a major railway.”

“The Trump administration will continue to identify and disrupt Antifa’s terror networks across the world,” the post concluded. “These terrorist designations deny violent organizations access to America’s financial system and impose severe penalties on those who offer support to these militant groups.”

Rubio, himself, also commented on the post. “Today, building on @POTUS’s historic commitment to uproot Antifa’s campaign of political violence, the Department of State is designating four Antifa groups as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and Specially Designated Global Terrorists,” he wrote.

“The United States will continue using all available tools to protect our nation from these anti-American, anti-capitalist, and anti-Christian terrorist groups,” he added. The designation comes months after President Trump designated the Antifa motion a home “terrorist organization.”

Trump takes motion

“They [Antifa] have been very threatening to people, but we’re going to be threatening to them. Far more threatening to them than they ever were with us, and that includes the people that fund them,” Trump said. “Probably some of the people I know, some of the people I dined with.”

“If they do, they’re in deep trouble,” the president added. “So we’re going to be looking very strongly at the people funding these operations.”

Antifa is an umbrella time period for far-left-leaning militant groups that confront or resist neo-Nazis and white supremacists at protests. The president has beforehand described the motion as a “sick, dangerous, radical Left disaster.”

The designation permits the Justice Department to prosecute people who give materials assist to entities on the phobia listing even if that assist doesn’t consequence in violence. President Trump’s govt order accused Antifa of utilizing “unlawful means to set up and execute a marketing campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide” to attempt to overthrow the federal authorities.
