Trump Talks Criminals Wrecking OR Fed Bldg.,

Overnight on Friday into Saturday morning, a roving far-leftist mob unleashed on federal law enforcement officers in Eugene, OR, wrecking the federal building/courthouse in the method. And as you will notice, it wasn’t just a building that was under assault. More on that in a minute.

In the sunshine of the morning, Katie Daviscourt had this clip exhibiting the major injury and vandalism completed to the federal property, including many damaged home windows:

And here is a report from local outlet The Oregonian on the fear that unfolded for every day people who have zero to do with DHS (Depatment of Homeland Security) or ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) ops in Minnesota or wherever else in the nation:

As we lately wrote, there have been rising experiences by police departments nationwide of anti-ICE and other leftist rioters performing against regular Americans going about their daily lives.

As PinkState wrote earlier on Saturday, the Trump administration garnered some associated good news on the legal entrance on immigration operations, with Judge Katherine Menendez in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota declining the state’s request to enjoin the Department of Homeland Security from surging its “Operation Metro Surge” there.

President Trump took to his Truth Social account on Saturday, and talked about where he sees issues now, particularly relating to the teams and people who rioted in Eugene, mentioning them scaring harmless court staff at the federal building on Friday:

The president began out by writing that he has “instructed Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, that under no circumstances are we going to participate in various poorly run Democrat Cities with regard to their Protests and/or Riots unless, and until, they ask us for help.”

Then he talked about the sport plan going ahead, when either ICE or Border Patrol brokers, and federal buildings are under siege by the “highly paid Lunatics, Agitators, and Insurrectionists”:

We will, however, guard, and very powerfully so, any and all Federal Buildings that are being attacked by these extremely paid Lunatics, Agitators, and Insurrectionists. Please remember that I’ve instructed ICE and/or Border Patrol to be very forceful in this safety of Federal Government Property. There will likely be no spitting in the faces of our Officers, there will likely be no punching or kicking the headlights of our vehicles, and there will likely be no rock or brick throwing at our autos, or at our Patriot Warriors. If there’s, those people will endure an equal, or more, consequence. 

Pres. Trump continued, reminding state and local authorities officers of their responsibilites to keep property in their areas secure, writing that, “[i]n the meantime, by copy of this Statement, I am informing Local Governments, as I did in Los Angeles when they were rioting at the end of the Biden Term, that you must protect your own State and Local Property.”

But they also are legally required to do one thing else, he said, one thing that the Trump administration is tasked to do “only as a back up”:

In addition, it’s your obligation to also shield our Federal Property, Buildings, Parks, and every part else. We are there to shield Federal Property, only as a back up, in that it’s Local and State Responsibility to do so. 

Trump talked at this level about the unbelievable actions by “criminals” that came about in a single day in Eugene, and what the White House will do next time, if local leaders continue to bar their police officers from “stop[ping] it.” There’s a twist, though: [emphasis added]

Last evening in Eugene, Oregon, these criminals broke into a Federal Building, and did great injury, also scaring and harassing the hardworking staff. Local Police did nothing in order to stop it. We won’t let that occur anymore! If Local Governments are unable to deal with the Insurrectionists, Agitators, and Anarchists, we are going to immediately go to the situation where such help is requested, and take care of the state of affairs very simply and methodically…

Trump referred to a earlier time when this occurred, in Los Angeles in 2025, and how the local police praised that help from the federalized National Guard, stating that “the Police Chief said that, ‘We couldn’t have done it without the help of the Federal Government.’” 

Here is where the president did not mince words, talking directly to any politicans who have been “complaining” how exactly this will play out:

Therefore, to all complaining Local Governments, Governors, and Mayors, let us know when you are ready, and we will be there — But, before we do so, you must use the word, ‘PLEASE.'” 

“Remember that I stated, in the strongest of language, to BEWARE — ICE, Border Patrol or, if necessary, our Military, will be extremely powerful and tough in the protection of our Federal Property,” Trump added. “We will not allow our Courthouses, Federal Buildings, or anything else under our protection, to be damaged in any way, shape, or form. I was elected on a Policy of Border Control (which has now been perfected!), National Security, and LAW AND ORDER — That’s what America wants, and that’s what America is getting! Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

What this means is whether or not those are mayors like Minneapolis’ Jacob Frey or NYC’s Zohran Mamdani, governors like California’s Gavin Newsom, New York’s Kathy Hochul, Illinois’ JB Pritzker, or Minnesota’s Tim Walz (or certainly, others in their administrations, like AG Keith Ellison), along with any Resistance-minded local officers, they need to take into account themselves on discover from this WH. Game on!
