“That is why I am requesting that the Energy and Commerce Committee launch a formal congressional inquiry into the National Football League and NBC immediately for their prior knowledge, deliberate approval, and facilitation of this indecent broadcast,” Ogles said. “American culture will not be mocked or corrupted without consequence.”

The efficiency by Bad Bunny, whose real identify is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, had sparked controversy among MAGA supporters since its announcement in September. The Grammy Award-winning artist shared the stage with music icons Ricky Martin, Lady Gaga, and Cardi B.

The consultant called for the House Energy and Commerce Committee to examine whether or not the NFL and NBC have been conscious of the lyrics and efficiency in advance, and whether or not broadcasting safeguards, including delay protocols and requirements review procedures, have been “properly applied or intentionally disregarded.”
