Zaxbys debuts two new holiday menu items — and…
This food is clucking superb.
Zaxbys continues its poultry offensive against rivals Popeyes, Raising Cane’s and Chick-fil-A with the rollout of two new menu items — one candy, one savory — just in time for the holiday journey rush.
The transfer comes as Zaxbys tries to broaden its New York City presence with an Upper East Side location at 1267 First Avenue. The Upper East Side location is the second Zaxbys outpost in town, following a Bronx opening earlier this summer season.

In the spicy class, the Georgia-born fast food hub has launched its Honey Chipotle Sauce, made with honey, brown sugar, crimson chili and chipotle peppers. The chain describes the condiment as “equal parts naughty and nice.”
For dessert, Zaxbys rolls out a Peppermint Cookies & Cream Shake, which is hand-spun and topped with cookies & cream items.
Zax Rewardz members obtained access to the new treats on October 26 through the Zaxbys App and third-party supply.
Fast food plebes can be ready to get their repair starting November 2, accessible at all of Zaxbys 1,000+ areas across 24 states.
Besides being scrumptious, the holiday menu additions could be snackable photographs across Zaxbys’ bough.
Food author Kenn C. Bivens describes the new milkshake as a direct hit at Chick-fil-A, which has long provided their signature Peppermint Chip Shake during the vacations.
A disgruntled Chik-fil-A worker even began a Reddit thread to air their grievances about the alleged imitation.

Meanwhile, the rivalry between Zaxbys and Louisiana-based Raising Cane’s—often dubbed the “Chicken Tender War”—is one of fast food’s most intense battles.
Many a content creator has made their mark (and their money) by evaluating the two.
A latest Reddit thread was titled merely “Zaxbys is better and I’ll die on that hill.”Even New York isn’t immune to the fried chicken wars:
This month, Zaxbys planted its internet-famous sauce merchandising machine, aka “the Zax Machine,” exterior of a Manhattan Raising Cane’s on Astor Place.
