Last week, a Union County, N.C. household announced it was submitting a lawsuit against the airline, months after former United crew member Estes Carter Thompson pleaded guilty to tried inappropriate exploitation of youngsters and possession of little one pornography after being caught filming passengers with a hidden digital camera put in in the aircraft’s toilet.

Thompson is at the moment serving an 18-and-a-half 12 months prison sentence. The Union County household’s daughter, who was 11 years outdated at the time, had been filmed while utilizing the lavatory on a return flight to Charlotte from Disney World in 2023.
