Dylan Efron reveals how his Dancing with the Stars | TV Shows

Dylan Efron has revealed how his Dancing with the Stars professional, Daniella Karagach, broke his nostril during a rehearsal.

In an Instagram post shared on October 25, Dylan confirmed off his freshly damaged nostril with a photograph of him sitting in a medic’s chair holding an ice pack to his face. The 33-year-old admitted that Daniella by chance broke his nostril when she elbowed him in the face, captioning his post, “Broke my nose, but don’t need it to dance.”

This comes as Dylan achieved a large rating for his Dedication Night efficiency.

In the caption, he also thanked DWTS professional Pasha Pashkov and fellow contestant Danielle Fishel for supporting him after his injury.

“I’m seriously all good — but I’ll never forget the way Dani, Pasha, and Danielle WOULDN’T leave my side when it happened, warms my heart to have friends like them,” he wrote with a crimson coronary heart emoji.

In a video of him at the hospital, he told his followers, “It’s midnight, and I’m in the hospital because Dani broke my nose. We were trying a new move, and I took an elbow right here,” including, “And it made a really loud crack. So, not how I wanted to end the rehearsal day, but we’ll be back dancing tomorrow.”

In the feedback part, fellow DWTS contestants and execs shared their love and help.

“Oh em gee,” dance professional Val Chmerkovskiy wrote in a remark, as fellow professional Mark Ballas added, “I hope you’re OK, brother. sending you love.”

Emma Slater, another one of the show’s execs, also penned, “WHAT?!! @dylanefron hope you’re OK,” with Robert Irwin commenting, “What!!!!! Feel better, mate.”

In last week’s show, Dedication Night, Dylan danced with his youthful sister, Olivia.

As a nod to their brother, actor Zac Efron, the pair danced to Rewrite the Stars, from The Greatest Showman, which the 38-year-old starred in.

The pair carried out together before Dylan’s professional, Daniella, 32, got here on stage to end the routine with her associate. The efficiency earned the pair a 36/40 from the judges, with Carrie Ann Inaba saying Olivia was “incredible” and that Dylan “made her night.”

“When I first asked [Olivia] if she would do this with me, she buried her head in my chest and was like, ‘No, there’s no way,’ ” Dylan told PEOPLE following the efficiency. “And then she came to the first week, and she told me after, she’s like, ‘I’m thinking about it.’ Week 2, she said she’ll do it and that she’s not afraid of anything. And then she showed up and actually didn’t get afraid of anything.”

Dylan can be dancing the Viennese Waltz to “Can’t Help Falling in Love (DARK),” a cowl of the Elvis Presley observe from Tommee Profitt and Brooke.
