Hollywood veteran Gene Hackman has been found dead on the age of 95 alongside his wife Betsy Arakawa in their Santa Fe home.
The pair had been found dead on Wednesday afternoon (February 26) together with their canine, County Sheriff Adan Mendoza has confirmed.
Betsy, a classical pianist, was 63 years previous.
The sheriff confirmed there was “no immediate indication of foul play”, however didn’t present a trigger of death.
Gene and Betsy tied the knot back in 1991. The French Connection star and two time Oscar winner Gene reportedly began courting Betsy in the mid 80s, however mentioned he didn’t abandon his first wife Faye Maltese for her.
