Hypocritical Dem Leader Blocked SPR Fill at $29

In his latest show of abject hypocrisy, he’s demanding that President Trump open the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to handle the latest spike in fuel costs ensuing from Operation Epic Fury. The catch? Senator Schumer blocked the first Trump administration from filling the reserve with oil at $29 a barrel, when now it is over $100.

What a schmuck.

The top Senate Democrat desires President Donald Trump to faucet the nation’s oil stockpile as fuel costs skyrocket, years after blocking his attempt to replenish the availability when costs had been low.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., called on Trump to unleash reserve barrels of oil from America’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) as oil costs spike amid the continued battle in the Middle East.

Schumer argued in a assertion that the reserve “exists for moments exactly like this.”

Exactly like this, Senator? During a battle that’s nicely on its manner to being received?
