Given that the character will not be useless, and there’s a probability of a second season after the show ended on a cliffhanger, Nicola may nicely get another alternative to play Franny whch she admitted she would love, saying: “It’s a really beautiful character to be a part of. I would be honoured to continue to play her.”

As a viewer I have no downside with that – as long as the character stays on life assist for the length. I do not suppose I may stand a full collection that includes her “acting”.
