The 30 year old maintains 2025 has been a winning season for him despite coming up short in an individual tournament for the first time since 2016.
“The Ryder Cup was very powerful, and last week was more of a recovery week. I performed properly enough this match to have a likelihood of successful, but I made too many errors,” he added.
“The most emotional, the most particular factor has been the Ryder Cup. The only week that has a likelihood of matching this Ryder Cup on an emotional degree would be the Spanish Ryder Cup [at Camiral] in 2031.
“It would be special, but as tough as the New York Ryder Cup was and ending up winning, I find it difficult for another week to match it.
“On this new path, I’ve received the workforce league, also individually, and the Ryder Cup. I do not really feel like I have never received something this 12 months.”
