The post confirmed Garcia sporting some kind of cream on her nostril, around her nostrils, and was captioned (in translated Spanish), “It had been a long time since I’d had a herpes outbreak… Do you keep in mind about a 12 months in the past??
“I was getting at least one a month… 😢 / Yesterday I woke up with one on my nose, and I’ve been looking like this 24 hours a day.”
