National Adoption Day 2025 Creates New Hope,

November is National Adoption Month, and Friday (and Saturday in some states) is National Adoption Day. In a November 2023 Feel-Good Friday, I explained the origin of the month. Its intent shouldn’t be only to carry awareness of youngsters and older youth who are in the foster care system, but to advocate and work to see these youth adopted into eternally households. The month also spotlights organizations that accomplice youngsters with households, provide assets for these adoptive households, as nicely as help fosters who have aged out of the system into a better high quality of life.

On Friday, Fox News’ America’s Newsroom featured a section on the Selfless Love Foundation with its founder and CEO Ashley Brown, with co-host Dana Perino sharing some sober statistics, which show that that fewer youngsters are being adopted from foster care environments. Brown then launched a household whose lives had been modified thanks to Brown’s imaginative and prescient and work.
