“And it’s been quite an incredible eye-opening experience for me to just be like, ‘Oh my gosh, you never dealt with this and you didn’t really deal with that, because you just keep on running’.
“So, this 12 months has finally given me time for myself and I’m so appreciative of that, because I do know that’s not doable for all people, some people just have to keep going and keep working.”
Zoe also hinted at what is next for her career, saying: “Life has been fairly quiet and I’ve actually needed that. And I feel next 12 months, it is going to ramp proper up again.”
She also revealed how quitting the show had enabled her to take on “three superb” TV tasks, set to air later this 12 months.
