Noel and Liam Gallagher reunite for first time

For the first time since saying their reunion tour, Oasis brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher despatched followers into a frenzy as they had been photographed collectively for a particular announcement. In August 2024, the duo sparked a worldwide meltdown as they revealed that they had squashed their feud and had been heading back on tour collectively after a 20year hiatus.

With 35 dates across the UK, Ireland, Australia, South America, and Asia, ticketholders have been keen to hear more from the sibling before the reveals kick off in Cardiff next month, which is why many tuned in to watch their 9 p.m. “special announcement” on Channel 4. The duo appeared on screen momentarily during a particular advert break, with the pair wanting sternly and immobile into the digital camera for their promo with Adidas clothes.

In the promo, the band’s 1994 anthem Live Forever performed with nostalgic scenes reminiscent of the band’s early gigs, with followers dressed in new Adidas items boasting the band’s wellknown emblem.

Fans then noticed a glimpse of Liam and Noel heading on stage to play a gig, before the ultimate hardhitting shot of the advert, which featured the pair reunited and posing collectively.

Before this marketing campaign, the only new photographs of Liam and Noel had been from a promotional shoot to announce the Oasis tour, which despatched longtime followers into a comparable meltdown.

However, this announcement did not come without initial confusion as many took to social media to admit they had been baffled when they tuned into Channel 4 at the proper time, but had been as an alternative met with the broadcaster’s starstudded recreation show, Taskmaster.

Uproar flooded X, previously recognized as Twitter, as followers wrote: “Err… why am I watching Taskmaster?” As one other speculated: “We’ve been fraudmed.” A 3rd questioned: “What’s gone wrong? Where is the release?” Meanwhile, seeing the humorous aspect, a fourth joked: “Taskmaster’s ratings will be through the roof!”

In addition to dropping the advert on social media, the band’s official X account teased: “10am tomorrow Spinningfields, Manchester,” as they shared a shock hyperlink to a website detailing upcoming fan shops in Manchester, London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Dublin, and Edinburgh.

As of right this moment (June 19), only the Manchester hyperlink is dwell, as the web site invitations followers to guide a spot by deciding on dates from the top of June through July and then choosing a 30minute window for their go to to the shops.
