Earle rose to fame in 2020 with her “Get Ready With Me” sequence of videos, and has been concerned in a number of high profile partnerships and sponsorship offers since.

Unfortunately, a lawsuit from one deal that went south has prompted some followers to call for her to be the next celeb cut from the ABC show.

Taking to Reddit, a viewer shared a reminder of a swimsuit Earle filed against U.Okay. fitness model GymShark in 2024, after she claimed the company breached a contract they’d with her for a partnership deal by firing her at the end of 2023 over pro-Israel social media posts.

Earle sued for $1 million in damages over the early termination for the collaboration, claiming they’d agreed to initially pay her that quantity in exchange for three TikTok posts, 4 Instagram posts, a photoshoot and an event.

The swimsuit was later settled out of court, though Earle claimed the post that was questioned–where she shared assist for Israel after the October 7 assaults by Hamas, had been out there before the deal was agreed upon.

Now, with the warfare still in the highlight after a potential peace settlement has been reached, some viewers shared that the incident was enough to go away them dosgusted by Earle, saying they hoped she’d be the next one out of the DWTS competitors as a end result.

Earle isn’t the only particular person on the Season 34 forged who has been deemed controversial by some followers though.

Corey Feldman, who was one of the first celebs cut from the competitors, was seen as controversial in the start afterhe seemingly skipped out on rehearsals forward of the first week.

Hilaria Baldwin, who had her own past scandals haunting her throughout the season, was then eradicated from the show in week 4.
