An Uber driver goes viral after allegedly denying a passenger service for being too “fat” — and even threatening to pull a gun on them. The buyer, Michael, who posts under @FattyMcFatFuh on X, documented the appalling encounter in an X video with over 50 million views.
“I’m not even kidding you, my Uber driver said I’m [too] fat for her to drive me, then she said she was gonna pull a gun on me WTF,” the creator, a Twitch streamer, captioned the clip.

“I’m going to record you, you just said I’m too large for your car,” said Michael in the clip of the ride-share driver in query.
“This is a matter of logic and rationale, and I have a right to say that,” retorts the red-haired motorist, before the videographer cuts her off by saying, “No, you don’t.”
She then doubles down on her place, explaining that “it’s her car.”
“This is not your car, I’m not too large for your car,” replies the flabbergasted X poster, who, after some more back and forth, splutters, “Are you dead-ss you f–king b–h?”
The spat ultimately escalates to the purpose that the driver threatens, “You want me to pull my gun on you?”
Michael then vacates the vehicle and shuts the door.
The Post has reached out to the video poster for remark. Michael is a fixture on the gaming platform Twitch, where he goes by @Fatty, continuously posting clips of himself taking part in the struggle recreation Call Of Duty for his over 60,000 subscribers.

An Uber spokesperson told the Post that they’ve since “removed the driver’s access to the platform.”
“Everyone deserves to feel welcome, safe, and respected when using the Uber app, and our community guidelines strictly prohibit discriminatory behavior,” they declared.

According to the said coverage, the ride-share firm prohibits “discrimination against users based on race, ethnicity, skin color, age, disability, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy, national origin, religion, sex, inappropriate orientation, language, geographical location, or any other characteristic protected under relevant law.”
“We believe that everyone should feel supported and welcomed when interacting with others in the Uber community,” Uber’s web site notes. “Remember that when you interact with others in the Uber community, you may meet people who may look different from you, think differently than you, or come from different backgrounds. Please respect those differences.”
However, Michael’s plight elicited vitriol from commenters with one troll writing, “Your sign to lose weight.”
“She’s doing u a favor, get ur steps in,” sniped another, while a third quipped, “Just get McDonald’s delivered instead of Ubering there. Much easier.”
Coincidentally, A View From the Wing contributor Gary Leff believed that while the driver’s refusal seemingly violated Uber’s discrimination coverage, he felt that she had every proper to refuse him service.
“It’s her car and she’s an independent contractor,” Leff wrote. “I do think she should be able to decide her (her vehicle body, her choice) – while risking de-platforming for asserting that right.”
Earlier this 12 months, 500-pound rapper Detroit Dan Demoss efficiently sued Lyft after one of the company’s drivers allegedly told her she was too large to journey in his car.
He had reportedly told her his tires couldn’t help her weight and urged her to order a Lyft XL.
