Tiger Woods’ reserving picture has been made public following his arrest on two misdemeanor prices associated to suspected driving under the affect.

The PGA Tour legend was taken into custody on Friday after a vehicle accident close to his Jupiter Island, Florida residence. Sheriff John Budensiek told reporters in the hours following the incident that Woods consented to breathalyzer testing, which registered 0.00 p.c blood alcohol content, but refused urinalysis, leaving one side of the crash uninvestigated due to Florida law.

Sheriff Budensiek characterised the 50-year-old’s condition immediately following the collision when first responders reached the placement. After Woods exited the overturned Land Rover, Budensiek disclosed that although the athlete sustained no accidents, he appeared to be impaired by one thing in addition to alcohol.

“Again, he was lethargic on scene, but that, we believe, was because of what he was intoxicated on,” he told reporters, noting that no medication or medication had been found in the vehicle. “Now, as far as being in the jail, we’re going to make sure he is protected. We’re not going to put him in normal population. He’s not going to be with other inmates that might damage him or attempt to capitalize on what he did. He’ll pay the price, but he is not going to pay the price by getting punished in jail.”

What lies ahead for Woods remains uncertain as he once again finds himself entangled in legal issues. The 50-year-old had recently made his return to the golf course, competing alongside his Jupiter Links Golf Club in the TGL against the Los Angeles Golf Club earlier this week.

Prior to that, he had been sidelined throughout the 2025 season while recovering from a torn Achilles injury. Despite hinting at a potential comeback at Augusta, Trump has ruled out any possibility of Woods participating in The Masters.

When pressed by reporters on Friday regarding the latest car crash, the typically outspoken Trump appeared notably restrained. “I really feel so badly,” he said. “Really close pal of mine, superb individual, superb man. He’s bought some issue.” He added: “I do not need to discuss about it.”
