From catwalks to campaigns, from haute magazines to New York Fashion Week, a recent crop of celebrities’ kiddies — those ever-notorious “nepo babies” — are storming the scene.
It’s a 2025 takeover that’s spotlighting a new wave of Gen Z, Gen Alpha and Gen Beta hotshots, some still in diapers, owing to the recognition of their VIP mother and father (or grandparents), quite than their own blood, sweat and top-tier tears.
Nepotism at its best.

And haters aren’t joyful about it.
Apple Martin, 21, daughter of Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, is the latest luminary of luxe lineage to ink a designer deal.
The Vanderbilt University junior, also the granddaughter of “Meet the Parents” actress Blythe Danner, announced her collaboration with fashion home Self-Portrait via Instagram Reels on Tuesday.
Apple comes from a long line of Hollywood heavyweights, including mother Gwyneth Paltrow (proper), dad Chris Martin and grandmother Blythe Danner.
But the glamour gal’s success was met with a bit of dangerous blood from online detractors, prompting vitriolic feedback like, “Nepo baby. No thank you,” and “Think we missed the mark on this one.”
The nastiness however, rising stars, those shamelessly driving mother and dad’s coattails, show no indicators of stopping merely because of a few jibes and jabs from social media meanies.

Romeo Beckham

With the chiseled cheeks of his soccer icon dad and the luxurious profile of his pop star mother, David and Victoria Beckham, Romeo, 23, shines as the most recent face of sportswear imprint Champion. The accolade carefully trails his glitzy gig as the star of Balenciaga’s latest purse marketing campaign.
Romeo was also just named “Fall’s Most Wanted” as the cover-guy of VMan, a males’s fashion magazine.
It’s a becoming honor for Posh Spice’s child, certainly.

Chloe Malle

Being a nepo child is perhaps en vogue, but Chloe Malle, actress Candice Bergen’s is taking the title to new heights.
A confessed “proud nepo baby,” the 39-year-old has been named Anna Wintour’s successor as Vogue magazine’s new editor-in-chief.
“There is no question that I have 100% benefited from the privilege I grew up in,” Chloe, an worker at Vogue since 2011, told the New York Times. “It’s delusional to say otherwise. I will say, though, that it has always made me work much harder.”
