Claudia Winkleman usually excels at sustaining her steely-faced Celebrity Traitors manner – yet eagle-eyed viewers caught the second when the BBC presenter broke character during the programme. The latest instalment of the favored BBC sequence featured the remaining contestants making an attempt a high-wire process for an alternative to increase the prize fund and secure a defend.

Whilst Claudia usually relishes creating pressure amongst her citadel inhabitants on the programme, she discovered herself bent double with amusement after Alan Carr participated in the problem. The comic was required to traverse a bridge, hanging a number of metres above ground, while Kate Garraway guided him across.

Nevertheless, Alan made fairly the spectacle and screamed throughout his crossing of the bridge. Numerous followers flocked to social media to spotlight how Claudia completely misplaced her composure during the duty and was steadily seen in hysterics at Alan.

A fifth viewer took to Twitter to specific their amusement at Claudia’s response to Alan’s “scream like a murder victim”, calling it “tv gold”. This second of hilarity offered a much-needed respite after another movie star fell prey to the Traitors.

It got here after comic Lucy Beaumont turned the seventh star to meet her end in the sport.

“I’m not happy with you at all,” she declared to Cat, before conceding that she had performed the sport “really, really well”.

When Cat supplied an apology, Lucy retorted: “No, that’s not good enough.”

Reflecting on her exit from the show, she confessed: “There was an element of real shock and feeling betrayed and also relief at finally knowing who they are.”

Meanwhile, Cat expressed regret for eliminating her pal, but justified her actions by saying: “It had to be done.”

As the episode reached its climax, the Faithfuls finally unmasked the first Traitor – Jonathan was ousted at the roundtable.
