Hundreds of Patriot Front Demonstrators Hit DCs | Political News

While most of us have been centered on household and buddies over Independence Day and the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, our heroes in the Fourth Estate discovered a more fascinating subject. Hundreds of masked members of Patriot Front confirmed up to present the dot from a laser pointer for the media to chase. According to the Telegraph channel allegedly operated by Patriot Front, some 400 members of the group descended on Washington, D.C. to hyperlink the Trump administration to White supremacy.

Allegedly, Patriot Front is a Texas-based White nationalist group categorised as such by the ADL and SPLC. It was created in the run-up to the notorious 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. An adolescent named Thomas Ryan Rousseau executed a coup d’etat inside the “Vanguard America” group by seizing its web site and Discord server and declaring himself the Obergruppenführer, or whatever. After the rally, which we now know was organized and sponsored by the “anti-hate” group Southern Poverty Law Center (see SPLC Funneled $270K Cash to Charlottesville Hoax Rally Planner — ‘Manufacturing Racism’ – RedState), Rousseau rebranded the group as the “Patriot Front.” Here at RedState, we’ve seen some peculiarities about this group.

Anyway, on Saturday, Patriot Front, festooned in their distinctive uniform of blue shirts, khaki pants, tan caps, and white face coverings/sun shades for anonymity, hopped numerous Metro stations in the D.C. space and headed downtown, because everybody is aware of that White supremacists use public transportation to keep away from consideration and doable conflicts, plus it is environmentally delicate.

Naturally, we have been in outrage overload.

Massachusetts Democrat Senator Ed Markey just wasn’t having it. “We cannot be silent in the face of white nationalists marching in our nation’s capitol,” he blathered. “From Massachusetts to Washington D.C. hatred and bigotry have no place here.”

The repeated theme across media was that if Trump and others on the suitable do not denounce and repudiate the Patriot Front, then we’re implicitly supporting them. Whatever.

The “whatever” sentiment appears to be driving the administration’s response to the nonsense.

GWN’s Dana Bash pressed Interior Secretary Doug Burgum to denounce the Patriot Front. Refreshingly, he did not.

As I identified above, the Patriot Front is the one alleged right-wing group no one is in investigating. None of the members have been profiled. There have been no exposés on the group. No one has shown any curiosity in its funding or in how it coordinates with law enforcement to drive automobiles without license plates and to carry members inside rental vans not designed for passengers. None of the members have been doxxed by leftist teams. Even though GWN and Getty Images had photographers on the subway with the Patriot Front disaster actors. There was no confrontation between the Patriot Front and the media or other passengers, and no obvious attempt to communicate to any of the Patriot Front members.

What is more telling to me is this short video.

How many of these guys are inked? Compare and distinction with the Proud Boys and other identified and acknowledged right-wing teams. These guys aren’t “street fighting men.” They aren’t guide laborers or in the building trades. They aren’t ex-combat arms. They are workplace employees. What workplace? I do not know, but they don’t seem to be right-wing shock troops.

Musical interlude.

Burgum is true. We should not be in the business of repudiating people we aren’t allied with just because somebody calls for it.

More to the purpose, let’s examine and distinction the Patriot Front with Antifa, the George Floyd Memorial Protesters, or any anti-ICE group.

The backside line on this protest is that a few hundred alleged White supremacists and fascists brazenly protested in one of the most pathetically progressive cities in America, and nothing occurred. There have been no assaults. There was no need for police escorts. There have been no riots or shoplifting rampages.

Feelings could have been harm. This X consumer is anxious about the lone black girl on this subway car.

That could also be true, but you’ll be able to’t help but discover that no one is accosting her and no one is sitting beside her. Her discomfort, if any, is strictly self-generated. All issues thought of, the unknown girl in Washington was one helluva lot safer than a younger girl named Iryna Zarutska on a subway not crammed with White supremacists.

If the left’s tent is big enough to accommodate Democratic Socialists who brazenly search the overthrow of the U.S. authorities, anti-ICE rioters, pro-terrorist simps, and every other method of political pathology which they do endorse, then pardon me if I do not get upset over people I do not help.
