Hunter Biden clapped back at Melania Trump’s demand that he apologize for “false, disparaging, defamatory and inflammatory” statements he made about her alleged connection to Jeffrey Epstein.
Appearing once more on Andrew Callaghan’s YouTube show, Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan, the previous first son’s response to Melania’s legal request was sharp: “F— that. That’s not gonna happen.”
Callaghan teed Hunter up for that response by explaining the character of the legal doc, which seeks $1 billion in damages for the “extremely salacious” feedback Melania and her staff allege that Hunter made during his last look on Channel 5.
“Ladies and gentlemen, the day of presidential litigation has arrived – it’s lawsuit time. In my hand is a legal demand letter addressed to Mr. Hunter Biden from the first lady of the United States demanding a retraction of Channel 5’s video, called ‘Hunter Biden Returns,’ in which Mr. Biden here makes some speculative comments about the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein, Melania Trump and Donald Trump,” Callaghan started.
Callaghan then performed a clip from that first interview, which aired last Wednesday, Aug. 6, in which Hunter could be heard saying, “They knew each other well. They spent an enormous [amount of] time together,” referring to Melania, Trump and Epstein.

Callaghan then cut back to the current interview, stating about Hunter, “He didn’t make these claims out of nowhere. They come from another journalist, Michael Wolff, who is a biographer that actually spoke to Jeffrey Epstein.”
“But now, here we are,” Callaghan continued. “I’ve got a billion-dollar document in my hands, because Mrs. Trump is seeking $1 billion in damages if we don’t take the video down, and if Hunter here doesn’t issue a formal apology to Mrs. Trump.”
“So now, we’re here, maybe to give you the platform to apologize to the first lady for your statements that you made about her possible connection to Jeffrey Epstein,” he concluded.
There was a pause, then Hunter said, “F— that. That’s not gonna happen.”
Melania Trump threatens to sue Hunter Biden for $1B
Melania and her legal staff despatched the letter to Callaghan and Hunter shortly after the interview aired last week. The first girl’s legal staff labeled the feedback as “false, disparaging, defamatory and inflammatory” and said they had been also “extremely salacious.”
They warned that a $1 billion lawsuit confronted both events if the video wasn’t taken down and if Hunter did not apologize for the remarks he made.

The interview also featured criticisms by Hunter about the president’s earlier affiliation with the infamous financier, who died by suicide as he awaited trial for intercourse offenses in 2019. Esptein was already a convicted intercourse offender by that level on other fees.
Donald Trump and Epstein once operated in the same social circles, and pictures from the early 2000s show that – but Trump has claimed that the connection between him and Epstein soured after Epstein allegedly poached staff from his Florida golf membership. Epstein himself claimed before his death that the fallout was associated to a property deal.
Trump claimed that the connection between him and Epstein ended in the early 2000s – around the time he married Melania. (The pair was wed in 2005.)
As Trump faces stress to release the Epstein case information, in which he’s allegedly named, it is important to be aware that he has never been accused of wrongdoing in connection with the convicted intercourse offender, nor has he been the subject of an investigation associated to Epstein.
The letter from Melania’s legal staff states that the feedback from Hunter during last week’s interview induced her “overwhelming financial and reputational harm.” It also accuses Hunter of having a “vast history of trading on the names of others” for his own personal gain.
The feedback from Michael Wolff, the biographer whom Hunter cited, had been first revealed in a story by The Daily Beast, which was later taken down after Melania and her legal staff despatched the publication a letter demanding its retraction, citing points with the “headline and framing.”
The Beast’s retraction assertion, which is still seen in some archived variations of the deleted article, reads, “After this story was published, The Beast received a letter from First Lady Melania Trump’s attorney challenging the headline and framing of the article. After reviewing the matter, The Beast has taken down the article and apologizes for any confusion or misunderstanding.”
The letter from the first girl’s staff accuses Hunter of relying on the withdrawn Daily Beast article as the only foundation for his declare.
Melania’s lawyer, Alejandro Brito, declined to remark when contacted by the Irish Star. He instead referred to a assertion from Melania’s aide, Nick Clemen, which reads, “First Lady Melania Trump’s attorneys are actively ensuring immediate retractions and apologies by those who spread malicious, defamatory falsehoods.”
A January 2016 profile of the now-first girl in Harper’s Bazaar signifies that Melania met Trump in November 1998 at a celebration hosted by the founder of a modeling company. Melania, who is from Slovenia, had a profession as a model for many years.
Melania told the magazine she initially refused to give him her quantity because “he was with a date.” Trump was separated from his second spouse, Marla Maples, at the time, whom he divorced in 1999. His first marriage to Ivana Trump ended in 1990.
But finally, the pair reconnected, and the remaining, as they are saying, is historical past.
