One former Royal Protection Officer who used to work for the British Royal Family has uncovered a “horrifying” incident they witnessed while working for the previous Prince Andrew. The Crime Agents podcast host Andy Hughes acquired a tip-off from one source who was compelled to communicate out after the release of billions of pages from the Epstein recordsdata, which contained hyperlinks to Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Sarah Ferguson.

Hughes said that working for the previous Duke of York was the “least desirable” job an officer might land, explaining: “It is widely known that to be on Prince Andrew‘s detail was the one job officers didn’t want. This officer said to me that it’s because they were put in awkward positions on many occasions, especially during the ‘Randy Andy’ days, when he was flying all over the world meeting women – which put them in a very difficult position.”

He added that officers would have to “turn a blind eye” to “certain types of behaviour” – and was horrified to study of the implications for officers who reported a royal.

On the podcast, Hughes explained that officers who reported issues had been punished, being taken off the royal unit and “put back in uniform”. He said: “It has been a regular thing that officers who have reported back would not only be taken off that unit, but also put back in uniform, walking the beat as punishment for reporting a member of the Royal Family.”

Citing his source, he added: “This officer is saying that others who had been with Prince Andrew must have seen one thing, because there have been so many younger girls and women on the island, and even if they did not witness any criminality, they might have witnessed stuff that was extraordinarily unsettling, and they need to have reported it. He believes that they didn’t.

Andrew has vehemently and constantly denied any wrongdoing.
