James Van Der Beek is saying goodbye to items of his “Dawson’s Creek” past.

The actor, 48, is selling memorabilia from the beloved teen drama collection to help pay for his cancer therapies. Van Der Beek was recognized with stage 3 colorectal cancer last yr.

According to People, Van Der Beek is teaming with Propstore to give followers the possibility to buy the gadgets in the Winter Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction, happening Dec. 5 to Dec. 7.

All proceeds from the gross sales will go to Van Der Beek for financial help amidst his cancer battle.

He continued, “While I have some nostalgia tugging at me as I part with these items, it feels good to be able to offer them through Propstore’s auction to share with those who have supported my work over the years.”

Van Der Beek starred in “Dawson’s Creek” from 1998 to 2003 alongside Holmes, Michelle Williams and Joshua Jackson.

In September, Van Der Beek had to miss the “Dawson’s Creek” reunion due to a abdomen sickness.

In July, Van Der Beek told Today.com that dwelling with cancer seems like a “full-time job” and that “it’ll probably be a process for the rest of my life.”

The father of six also said that he’s been trustworthy with his children about his health battle.

“They know. They can sense that Dad’s having a tough day. They know if Dad’s in pain,” he shared. “By not telling them, I think you’re confusing them even more.”
