The frontman of Slaughter To Prevail, Alex Terribel, who has been repeatedly accused of being a Nazi, appeared on a well-liked podcast to deal with the accusations.

Music fanatic Craig Reynolds courted controversy by inviting Alex and Jack Simmons to his podcast, The Downbeat, where they mentioned the claims. The Russian deathcore band faces vital scrutiny from the choice music scene due to their controversial views, remarks, and notably, a Black Sun tattoo.

Despite the mainstream alt group’s common avoidance of Slaughter To Prevail, Reynolds claimed he needed to present them an alternative to share their aspect of the story.

“I’ve to take this duty because I wasn’t a boy. I wasn’t, like, 13 years outdated. I used to be a grown man already. It’s just excuses for me because what the f–k did I do? Why did I do that? From my level of view, I used to be like, ‘No, you do not perceive. This is a esoteric image blah blah blah.’ Okay, I’ll cowl it up because I’m, like, I’m scared for my profession and all this, but you guys unsuitable. You guys do not perceive playing around. And after three or 4 years, I used to be like, ‘I used to be dumb.”

However, supporters remain convinced it wasn’t solely about the tattoo, leveling accusations of transphobia and homophobia against him.They also criticized Alex’s collaboration with Ronnie Radke, the polarizing lead singer of Falling in Reverse.

Craig stood by his decision to feature Slaughter To Prevail on the show, despite fierce criticism from supporters. He posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, “received a band on the podcast tomorrow that a lot of people love and a lot of people hate. their remark sections are often a warzone and in my opinion it does more hurt than good. there are a lot of conjectures about this band and as properly as it truly turning out as a very humorous, sincere good time we clear it up and there’s a taking of accountability – hopefully making online a bit of nicer place.

Craig, the drummer for the famously liberal-leaning band Stray from the Path, confirmed his continued dedication to progressive values.
