The U.S. navy launched a strike against a large Iranian drone provider, leaving the vessel “roughly the size of a WW2 aircraft carrier” engulfed in flames, according to US Central Command.
The operation occurred in the early morning hours of March 6, as the battle entered its seventh day. In an update posted on X, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) acknowledged: “U.S. forces aren’t holding back on the mission to sink the entire Iranian Navy. Today, an Iranian drone carrier, roughly the size of a WWII aircraft carrier, was struck and is now on fire.”
This development follows President Trump’s assertion that Iran has “lost everything.”
In an interview with Sky’s US companion community, NBC News, Trump dismissed the Iranian overseas minister’s statements about Iran being ready for a ground invasion as a “wasted comment” and indicated it’s not one thing at the moment under consideration.
He continued: “It’s a waste of time. They’ve lost everything. They’ve lost their navy. They’ve lost everything they can lose.”
Meanwhile, Iran‘s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei has accused the US and Israel of conducting an assault on an elementary college positioned in Tehran’s Niloufar Square. Posting on X, he shared a video showcasing what seems to be college school rooms with shattered home windows and important particles.
However, he didn’t remark on any casualties.

The IDF announced on Friday that roughly 50 Israeli fighter jets have lately struck an underground bunker constructed for Iran’s supreme chief, according to navy experiences. Iran’s supreme chief Ali Khamenei was killed in the initial US-Israeli strikes last Saturday.
The IDF acknowledged on Telegram: “Khamenei was eliminated before he could use the bunker during operation ‘Roaring Lion’ but the compound continued to be used by senior Iranian regime officials.”
