I was rushed to the hospital with appendicitis —…
She’s the mom of all surprises.
A British lady who believed she was struggling from appendicitis was shocked when she gave start to a child boy in the back of the ambulance.
“I was speechless -— I couldn’t believe what had just happened,” new mother Megan Isherwood, 26, told Southwest News Service. “I had no bump, no symptoms at all, he just came out of nowhere.”

Isherwood awoke in the morning of Sep. 9 struggling extreme pains in her proper aspect and she soon started vomiting up blood. Realizing that her scenario was severe, the bar supervisor called for an ambulance.
Paramedics arrived and checked Isherwood over, assuming she was struggling from appendicitis due to the pain on the proper aspect of her physique as nicely as her high coronary heart fee and nausea.
She was taken to her local hospital for additional examination — but the scenario rapidly escalated.
Isherwood was getting ready to be seen by a doctor when blood started “gushing” out of her, soaking the mattress.
“15 doctors were crowded around her trying to find out what was wrong,” the Blackburn resident recalled. “They decided to do a CT scan as well as an ultrasound to rule out pregnancy, but that was when they found a head and a foot. They then blue-lighted me to [nearby] Burnley hospital as they have a midwifery.”

Isherwood was unable to make it to the next medical facility in time, giving start in the back of an ambulance with a number of paramedics on hand to help with the supply.
“I just needed to push,” she said. “The next thing you know they told me ‘congratulations it is a boy.’ I was so shocked and flustered, I couldn’t believe what had just happened.”
However, Isherwood’s amazement turned to panic, when medics realized the tiny child was blue and had stopped respiratory.
Thankfully, they managed to resucitate the untimely toddler — who Isherwood has named Jaxson — before they arrived at the hospital.
The mother and son have been taken to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where they have been both identified with sepsis. Thankfully, they made a full recovery.
Finally, on Sep. 25, Isherwood was ready to return home with her suprise child boy.

The new believes the father is a man she will not be in a relationship with.
“I struggled to get my head around what had happened,” Isherwood said about the initial adjustment.. “I was thinking to myself where have you come from.”
Despite being taken by shock, Isherwood immediately took to changing into a mom, and says she’s overwhelmed with emotions of love for child Jaxson.
“He is is doing absolutely amazing,” she declared. “He is a miracle.”
