FOX Sports was criticized for ‘going too far’ with their protection of the 2016 U.S. Open, with the cameraman accused of appearing like a ‘stalker’ over Dustin Johnson‘s spouse Paulina Gretzky.

The 27-year-old daughter of NHL legend Wayne Gretzky, Paulina had worn a short white skirt on the ultimate day of the U.S. Open, with Johnson in a commanding lead and wanting set to win his first ever main.

The FOX cameras would observe Johnson around all day in case of a slip-up, while he remained poised with one other great spherical to secure his first main while celebrating with his household.

But all through the ultimate day, the digicam had panned to Paulina on over a dozen events, even focussing in on the size of her gown and getting pictures of her from behind.

Gretzky had some difficulties with her chosen apparel on the day, needing to pull the gown down so she wouldn’t be uncovered while hugging her partner.

At one level, the cameraman had filmed her from behind as she walked up the steps with Johnson after profitable the main, with her holding her gown down.

Throughout the afternoon and the next day, a whole bunch had taken to social media to criticized the cameraman, stating that FOX had gone means too far.

Johnson and Gretzky, had been collectively since 2009 before changing into engaged in 2013. They married in 2022, while having two youngsters collectively.
