Scarlett said her bra dimension shrunk from a J-cup to a DD, and had “so much more energy” after shedding the weight. She attended a bootcamp in Switzerland, where she was confined to eating just 700 calories per day.
She also alternated between cardio and conditioning exercises, mixed with a healthy eating plan.
Speaking of her physique pre-weight loss, she told The Sun that she requested her GP if she was overweight, and he told her “you’re obese”. Her BMI was at 31, and Scarlett was “really angry at herself”.
