For weeks, President Donald Trump has said that he acquired an MRI at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in October, but when requested about the process by the Wall Street Journal in an interview printed Thursday, Trump and his doctor said that he really acquired a CT scan instead.
“It wasn’t an MRI,” Trump told the Journal. “It was less than that. It was a scan.”
The WSJ reported that he had a CT scan, but podcaster Dr. Drew Pinsky says even that would not inform the entire story:
…Pinsky said the Journal’s depiction of his CT scan was “ignorant,” saying the use of the CT scan machine was for a coronary heart calcium take a look at.
