An interview Savannah Guthrie did with survivors of Jeffrey Epstein has resurfaced following the latest disappearance of her mother.

Nancy Guhrie, 84, has been lacking for practically a week, as police consider she was taken against her will from her home in Tucson, Arizona, in a single day between Saturday, January 31 and Sunday, February 1.

Her household, including Today Show host Savannah, 54, and her siblings, Camron Guthrie and Annie Guthrie, have been determined to find their mother and have issued direct appeals to the abductors on social media this week, saying they’re “ready to talk.”

As the search for Nancy continues, followers of Savannah have praised the TV host for addressing delicate topics over the years, including giving voice to Epstein survivors in an exclusive interview for NBC News.

The interview, performed in September 2019 – one month after convicted intercourse offender Epstein died by suicide in prison aged 66 – noticed Savannah sit down with six ladies who have accused the disgraced financier of inappropriate assault.

She also spoke immediately to Virginia Giuffre, one of the most distinguished victims of the Epstein trafficking ring, who took her own life in Australia in April 2025.

In the interview, Virginia alleged that Epstein directed her to have intercourse with other highly effective males, including King Charles’ brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, beforehand recognized as Prince Andrew.

Andrew, who misplaced his Duke of York title last yr, denied any wrongdoing. In 2022, he settled Virginia’s civil lawsuit against him out of court for an undisclosed sum, reported to be £12 million ($16 million).

Following the disappearance of Savannah’s mother, many NBC viewers have been rewatching the interview the host did back in 2019, with many praising her for the best way she dealt with the delicate issue.

Investigators have been analyzing ransom notes and trying for evidence but haven’t named a suspect.

On Friday, officers returned to Nancy’s home close to Tucson and to the encompassing neighborhood to continue their search.

Family members told officers they last noticed Nancy at 9.48pm on January 31 when they dropped her off at home after they ate dinner and performed video games together.

The next day, household realized she did not attend church – and they reported her lacking after they went to test on her.

Authorities have expressed their issues for Nancy’s health, as she has a pacemaker, high blood pressure and coronary heart points, and wants daily medication.

Savannah and her siblings have recorded two separate video messages directed to the kidnapper, asking for proof of live their mom was alive.

They also said they’re “ready to talk” but it’s believed no contact has been made so far.
