Erika Kirk Breaks Down, Shares Intimate Prayer She

Erika Kirk said she prayed to God that she was pregnant when she realized her husband, Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk, was murdered, and warned other younger {couples} not to wait.

During a current sold-out show in Glendale, Arizona, Erika joined Megyn Kelly for the ultimate leg of the nationwide “The Megyn Kelly Live Tour,” where the 2 talked about her being pregnant prayer and how her youngsters are dealing with the loss of their daddy.

Kelly identified that Erika and Charlie shared two children, and requested her how many she and the late husband had dreamed of having. 

“We wanted to have four, and I was praying to God that I was pregnant when he got murdered…” Erika said, as her voice cracked and she bought emotional, wiping tears, clearly bringing up an emotional issue for her.

“I was like, oh goodness, that would be the ultimate blessing out of this catastrophe,” she added. “So now, when I see young couples, I tell them, please, don’t put it off. Especially if you’re a young woman, don’t put it off.”

“You can always have a career. You can always go back to work,” Kirk continued. “You can never just go back to having children. And they grow so fast and so quickly. But I was praying. Both of us were. We were really excited to just expand our family.”

Kelly said what many others have been considering, that we might ultimately study that Erika was anticipating after Charlie’s death. But that message never got here. 

“One day they’ll find out, right now they’re just little loves, and one day, they’ll find out that they’re Charlie Kirk’s children, and they’ll know what that means,” Kelly said, bringing cheers from the viewers.

At one level, Kelly requested Erika about the children and how they’re dealing with the loss, asking particularly about how their three-year-old daughter was doing. It comes at the ten:06 minute mark in the clip below.

“We talk about heaven…I just want her to know that Daddy is having so much fun and building a place for her and our family in heaven,” Erika said.

Before that horrible day on September 10 when Charlie was assassinated on the Utah Valley University campus, Erika had made a post on Facebook on September 2 exhibiting her and Charlie strolling through the woods. 

The message included appeared to positively counsel that the 2 have been either anticipating or planning to grow their household. 

It read:

…stroll the countdown with us. 9.16.205

However, when that day got here, there was no update. Erika never despatched another message about what this meant, leaving many to surprise. So, Kelly asking her about whether or not she’s anticipating really brings heartbreaking news.

Erika has made it her mission to decide up the mantle and continue her late husband’s unbelievable mission to unfold conservative values to the next era. Prayers up to the Kirk household.
