Trumps pledge to move World Cup matches unlikely

Trump doesn’t have the authority to relocate World Cup matches, that are overseen by FIFA, soccer’s global governing physique. But FIFA chief Gianni Infantino, who Trump calls his “great friend,” has given in to the president before.
